What we collect

• Email and billing details (handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers).
• Transcripts of your voice calls and chats with Claire, which may include information you share about your skin.
• Your email address (from checkout) to restore access on a new device.
• Your ZIP code, if you ask Claire for nearby dermatologists. It is used only for that search and is never sold.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the advisor, handle billing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Retell AI and its model providers (voice and conversation processing), Cloudflare (hosting and Mirror photo analysis), Google Maps Platform (dermatologist lookups by ZIP code), and an email delivery provider (sign-in links).

Retention

Transcripts are deleted after 30 days, or sooner on request.

Your rights (including California / CCPA)

You can request access to or deletion of your data at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Photos (Mirror skin check)

Mirror is optional and asks for your consent first. Your selfie is sent over an encrypted connection, analyzed in memory by an AI vision model running on Cloudflare (Workers AI), and discarded right after the result is returned. We do not store, log or share your photo, and we do not use it for face recognition, identification or any biometric template. The text result is shown only to you. Mirror is for adults 18 and over.

Children

Not intended for anyone under 16 (Mirror: 18 and over).
